Your quiz debrief, a confidence baseline, and one honest intention. We name where confidence leaks — without judgment.

Quiet the critic

Meet the inner voice that's been running the show. Thought records, reframes, and a self-compassion practice that isn't fluffy.

Your story, rewritten

The story you tell about yourself was written by other people. This week you take the pen back — values, identity, narrative.

At home in your body

Breath, posture, movement, mirror work. Not changing your body — moving back into it.

Presence

How you enter a room, hold eye contact, use your voice. Taught by a working model coach — this is where the agency DNA shows.

Style as self-respect

A wardrobe edit and a signature look that reflects who you actually are. Dressing as the woman you're becoming.

Boundaries that hold

The graceful no. Asking without apologizing. Real scripts for the real people in your life.

Being seen

Receiving compliments, letting people in, worth and closeness. The deepest work in the program — always at your pace, always opt-in depth.

Integration week: your confidence maintenance plan, a letter from your future self, and shoot prep — styling consult, shot list, nerves welcome.

The confidence photoshoot

Hair, makeup, styling, and posing coaching with Shelby — then the shoot. You end the program in front of the camera and leave with images that prove the change.
